Nutrition
Our in house cook provides a nutritionally balanced menu prepared on our premises each day. Our menus are as delicious as they are nutritional, incorporating a wide range of vegetables and fruit and focusing on meals with low GI-complex carbohydrates, low added sugar and unsaturated fats. We provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and we cater to various dietary and cultural requirements in our meals.

Our fruit and vegetables are delivered each week by local fruiterers. We also add vegetables and herbs from our own gardens which are tended to by the children and staff.

Meal times are not just about eating. They provide a fantastic opportunity for children to experience new tastes and textures, and to gather together socially. When children, educators and families come together to eat and drink,
an opportunity for social and language development exists along with self-help and hygiene skills.

Rest assured that our centre is nut-free and our premises and procedures comply with all food safety regulations.
